A proud partner of Kids Help Phone since 1997, LoyaltyOne’s strong support has saved many lives by enabling youth in Canada to access our service and resources. They are also a tremendous national sponsor of Walk so Kids Can Talk presented by BMO.

LoyaltyOne shares our deep commitment to empowering youth and ensuring their basic need for mental health support – that they can access directly, without having to make appointments through an adult or wait for service – is met.

While many Indigenous young people recognize us as a safe place for support, we know we can, and must, do more. LoyaltyOne is helping ensure that as our service evolves, it continues to be relevant, equitable, and accessible to every Indigenous youth in Canada.

In 2017 and 2018, with this incredible partner by our side, we developed an Action Plan for Supporting First Nations, Inuit, and Métis Young People. Led by our Indigenous Advisory Council and supported by our internal Indigenous Initiatives Committee, this Action Plan identifies seven ambitious goals that will ensure we are doing our very best to support Indigenous youth across Canada. This includes increasing Indigenous counselling and crisis response sessions to 20% of all sessions annually by 2022.

On behalf of young people in Canada, are grateful to our donors for helping ensure every First Nations, Inuit, and Métis youth has equitable access to our service – whenever, wherever and however they need it most.
